HR Policy

Our consultants, renowned in our sector, regularly make guest appearances at “Grandes Ecoles” to share their knowledge with younger generations. Moreover, Pascal Oriot is responsible for the Project Management course at the École Centrale de Paris. This leads to interaction between the generations and therefore exchanges in points of view.

The +Op²  : A notable innovation is the creation of a Capitalisation site available to all teams which promotes knowledge and skills sharing and strengthens corporate culture.




Assignments can be carried out in all sectors and at all levels in the client company. (Project /programme directors, R&D directors, General Management, Site Managers, project business Managers, continuous improvement Managers, PMO managers, etc.)

Your role will consist of grasping the client’s special issues and the associated challenges, and building a solution in collaboration with the client and guide its implementation until concrete and quantifiable results are obtained.

Training, prerequisite knowledge and experience :

    • You are a graduate from an engineering or business “Grande Ecole” of the first rank, and motivated by the business of consulting,
    • You have a solid operational experience (3 to 15 years) in industry or services on complex projects,
    • You are fluent in English as well as another language (German would be a plus).


    • Our offices are in Paris.
    • Geographic mobility is a must (work is carried out in France and abroad).
